OurGreenWorld is committed to both environment and economics. We know that a bad environment threatens humanity's survival. We know that poverty is the enemy of the human spirit and the root cause of behaviors that are destructive on many levels.

OurGreenWorld is committed to the development and continuing operation of environmentally sound behavior and activism by stimulating environmental awareness and economic prosperity. The two can be and must be balanced.

OurGreenWorld is about environmental and economic unity and scale.  Our goal is to track and measure the level of unified action that advances environmental and economic quality of life.

Soon there will be 10 billion people living on earth.  It will require the sustained, unified action of millions of people.  We ask that all of good will commit, stand and be counted who favor positive action for environmental and economic quality.

How many people are mobilized, organized and are ready to wage action as needed?  Who are they?  Where are they?  What will they do and when will they do it?

OurGreenWorld promotes individual positive actions as the basis for common ground where all can agree.  Our slogan is Act Globally, Think Locally (not the same as Think Globally, Act Locally.)  We ask that you effect personal global actions, meaning that your personal actions reach a global scale.

OurGreenWorld focuses on the intersection of individual ideas and world-wide impact.

OurGreenWorld and its partners, We, The World and VRCities, emphasize personal relationships, social networking, information and communications technologies to implement the vision of unified global action.

We, The World is a network of thousands of pro-social organizations.  VRCities is building a social integration platform^TM that can be used to mobilize the actions of millions of people.

Facebook grew from its start in 2003 to nearly 700 million people in less than eight years.  if that can be done for profit, surely we can do better for humanity and the world.
