Leaders have a responsibility to know history, to know what works best and what does not work, to create the change they are seeking.

In the Republic, Plato proposed that leaders be trained for 40-plus years and that they could not select themselves.  As an activist, if you do not have the training and knowledge, then work with those who do.

OurGreenWorld's site serves as a platform for you, the activist.

In working with you, it is our expectation that you know your history in the area of change that you have chosen, including a good understanding of human nature, culture, conflict resolution, leverage and organization.

Without the requisite knowledge, what is activism, but a pursuit of illusions?
